Although Dio and Stephen have been expecting the day when Mephisto would bring his army to Earth, they were not fully prepared for it! But now, there was no turning back as they had to fight Mephisto’s army to the best of their abilities!

Robbie immediately took a stand as the forefront of the defence without anyone telling him to, but the others immediately followed suit without any complaints.

Not a word came out of the heroes’ mouth as they knew that they had to cull the number of the demons somehow.

Wanda used her scarlet power to tear the demons apart.

Their sturdy armoured body was as fragile as paper in front of her ability.

Pietro slipped through the battlefield like a ghost and constantly drew the enemy’s attention while trying to do his best to rescue any civilian that was caught up on the battlefield.

Ant-Man has transformed into a giant, doing his best to kill the enemy quickly.

He relentlessly stepped on the demon as if they were ant desperately.

Steve and Sam were fighting close to each other, watching each other’s back.

They were doing good so far as the monster couldn’t move past their guard.

Stephen stopped the demon from advancing any further with all his magic repertoire, and of course, Dio used his Ice Stand to alter the terrain and froze the demon.

He didn’t use any of his other Stand as he simply thought that the demons that Mephisto sent out just now were just cannon fodder.

The ice Stand may not be powerful, but it was enough to deal with these demons!

Dio observed the fight and occasionally let the demon go out of the red sand.

He immediately noticed something that might be important for later.

The demon that went beyond the Hell Region immediately dropped down to their knees and has trouble moving any further.

It made Dio think that maybe destroying one Supreme Sanctuary wasn’t enough for the Hell Army to conquer the Earth.

In fact, Dio’s speculation was right! Destroying only one Sanctuary wouldn’t automatically make Mephisto’s Army conquer the Earth easily, and Mephisto already knew this fact too! That was why he wasn’t in a hurry to reveal all his cards and used Robbie to destroy more Sanctuaries instead.

The demonic power that Mephisto was able to manifest right now was about one-third of his original power, but once he walked out of the red sand, it will drop to around one-tenth!

But if more Sanctuaries were destroyed, he could draw out more of his power! Because of that, Mephisto even went out of his way to create Serpentine Door for this attempt as the door had a certain special feature that was different than the rest.

Even if he was the lord of Hell, the demons wouldn’t just go out there to die for his cause.

That was where the Serpentine Door came because it allowed all the Hell Creature that walked through it reborn safely in Hell once it died, soo the demon could have an easier time following Mephisto’s order.

The rules also applied to Mephisto, which was why he was willing to come to Earth in person despite knowing that his power wasn’t fully restored just yet!

Dio and the others didn’t know that Mephisto has planned so much for his war, but Dio had successfully noticed some detail that uncovered some of the Serpentine Door’s power.

For example, he noticed that each time a demon was killed, the tail of the snake would glow in red.

In addition, the demon didn’t seem to be afraid of dying even though he knew that Hell creatures were one of the cowardly creatures that feared dying so much!

Dio immediately summoned the [World] as he had an idea that he wanted to try out.

The demon probably had a soul too, and if that was true, he would be able to accumulate so many souls from these demons too! And if he was wrong, it wasn’t a big deal either.

The [World] has become much more powerful after successfully evolving.

The demon that came at Dio, trying to defeat him, wasn’t worth anything in front of the [World]! But as the [World] killed the incoming demon, a black-red soul entered Dio’s field of vision, confirming that his speculation was right!

However, as soon as the [World] tried to reach for these souls, it was suddenly sucked by the door and escaped the [World]’s grasp! The Serpent’s tail glowed red once again when the demon’s Soul has been sucked into Hell once again.

Dio frowned as he immediately realised what was happening.

So, Dio immediately used the Over Heaven’s special ability to absorb the Soul at unbelievable speed! Sure enough, [The World Over Heaven]’s ability was far more powerful than the door’s ability to suck the Soul.

The demon’s Soul that was pulled by the door immediately changed trajectory towards the [World]!

The Serpentine mark on the door began to vibrate as it was trying to pull the soul harder, but it was no use now.

The [World]’s ability was so powerful that the Sepentine Door didn’t stand a chance!

“There is nowhere to run!” Dio shouted with glee as he channeled a large amount of Hamon Energy to [The World], raising [The World]’s force.

A large number of red and black souls was immediately absorbed by the [World], and his Soul count began to increase rapidly.

As Dio expected, one Soul of the demon was worth more than one! It wasn’t as much as the soul of Mrs.

Gao, but it was definitely better than the thugs in Hell’s Kitchen!

At first, Dio wasn’t sure that he could stop this demon invasion, but after seeing his Soul count increased rapidly, he formulated a plan that he didn’t yet know was feasible.
